| Please don't leave a message and say "I'm available after 8PM". Our business hours are 10AM - 6PM. Because we're a home-based business, we try to stick to those hours. Always leave us a phone number that can be reached between OUR business hours. |
General & Shipping

Orders are entered and charged on Monday or Tuesday. |
| Orders are shipped mid-week. |
| Orders received after 3PM Monday (in most cases) will not be processed until the following Monday. |
| Due to the distance we have to travel, if you need your order sent on a day we are not shipping, there will be an additional "WE FLY" charge of $2.00. This is for Priority Mail shipments, only. |
| If you request FedEx, UPS or DHL, at any time, the "WE FLY" charge is $5. |
| DHL Next-Day available to most U.S. locations. |
| Orders over $150 will be sent with insurance (insurance rate chart on All Shipping page). |
Decal Paper
| We do not keep a large stock because we want our paper to be fresh for our customers. |
| We re-stock quickly but may not be able to ship the same week you place your order. |

If you have problems with our decal paper, we will replace it (up to 6 months from date of purchase). Problem paper must be returned. |

Decals
| Please be aware that all decals are printed to order. |
| We do not have any "in stock" (translation: laying in a drawer getting old). |
| Allow 4 weeks delivery time, from our receiving payment. You may get it sooner, depending on the amount of orders. |
| Custom Orders may require 4 - 6 weeks delivery time, depending on the difficulty. |
| More OOP decals are added as often as we can. |
| Any decals can by "upscaled" or "downscaled" - just ask. |
| Any decal can be made into Clear Self-Stick Vinyl Decals. Add $2 per sheet to the regular price. |
Custom Decals

Set-up fee for Custom Artwork Drawing is a $25 one-time charge. |
| No set-up fee for "decal ready" artwork. This means Corel Draw compatible (vector-based drawing). NOT a scan. |
